The rooms were spacious and spotless and the beds were good. The staff was good and absolutely charming on arrival and throughout my truly memorable stay. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. I found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Malabar Plaza that is only 10 minutes' walk away;))

Great food and attentive service at Average Restaurant. The Onion Rava Masala Dosa was delicious, and the staff was helpful in correcting the billing error. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff here are quick and make sure you can park your car without any hassle 🚗.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the EKM temple and close to the boats that take you to Kochi. It was also conveniently located near shopping areas. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The rooms were clean and the toilets were well-maintained. The breakfast served at the attached restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and it was lovely! the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect for us, close to the main shopping area and restaurants. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. One of the best things was the delicious breakfast, with a great variety of items to choose from. We also enjoyed the on-site parking which was very convenient.

The rooms were in need of some renovation, especially the bathroom. the air conditioning wasn't very effective, we had to call maintenance to fix it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the bustling boat area of the city. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight of our stay - we loved the fresh variety of South Indian fare. The room also had a wonderful view of the shower area.

The room we stayed in during our Christmas stay was not up to our expectations and felt outdated. we felt like the room was overpriced given the quality.
